Join us for an immersive experience exploring the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan alongside other gentle moving meditation practices such as Qi Gong and Yoga. These classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore a natural sense of balance through intentional, flowing movement.

Often called “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi combines breath, awareness, and graceful movement patterns that have supported health and vitality for centuries. Each session invites you to release tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate both physical and mental stability.

This practice is especially supportive for those who sit for long hours, experience stress or tension in the body, or find traditional seated meditation difficult. It is also a wonderful path for anyone who wants to explore mindful movement that strengthens the body while creating a deep sense of ease.
