The forest invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative energy of nature. Through guided forest bathing and mindful nature immersion, we will support the nervous system, awaken the senses, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and renewal.

Through the soothing vibrations of sacred instruments and gentle energy balancing, we’ll create space to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance within the body and nervous system.

A relaxing experience designed to help your body and mind unwind. Using calming sounds from instruments like singing bowls and gentle guided techniques, this class supports stress relief, focus, and overall wellbeing. No experience is needed—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself time to rest and reset.
Tuesday 10/01 @7pm | A Journey Through the 7 Chakras: Sound Healing & Energy Balancing | @Baseline Bodymind Studio
Journey through the seven main chakras with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Sanskrit mantras, and gentle energy balancing. Traditional Sanskrit mantras connected to each chakra will be chanted alongside the bowls, creating layers of sound and vibration to support energetic alignment. This restorative experience is designed to help clear energetic blocks, restore balance, and cultivate a greater sense of grounding, clarity, and connection from root to crown.
