This gathering is a gentle yet empowering ceremony designed to support nervous system regulation while cultivating courage, inner balance, & perseverance. Through guided meditation, intentional ritual, and sound, we'll create space to speak truth from a regulated body, meet challenges without overwhelm, and build resilience rooted in steadiness rather than force. This experience will offer tools for staying present, peaceful, and connected as you move through times of great upheaval—planting seeds of truth that can grow with both strength and ease. We also have a little gift for all who attend.

This offering is a restorative experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner guidance and move forward with clarity. Through immersive sound healing and gentle energy balancing, the body and nervous system are invited into deep relaxation. Our goal is to help you leave feeling centered, supported, and more aligned with your own authentic path forward.
