What does freedom mean to you and where would you like more of it in your life? This month we will weave sound healing, guided meditation, and energy balancing to help you release what feels restrictive, reconnect with your authentic self, and create space for greater ease, joy, and flow.

Join us for an immersive 6-week experience where we'll dive into the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan. This technique originates from martial arts developed in China thousands of years ago. It is a gentle practice designed to cultivate harmony and balance in both mind and body and is often referred to as "Meditation in Motion."
