Join us for a fun Tai Chi drop in class experience. This is a great way to continue to advance your skills with the form or experience some of the power of moving meditation in a guided group setting to see if you're interested in joining one of our full 6-week classes.
Tuesday 2/17 @7pm | Fire Horse: Lunar New Year Shamanic Drum Journey | @Baseline Bodymind Studio
This guided drumming experience honors the Lunar New Year and the dynamic spirit of the Fire Horse and awakens its spirit within you. Through rhythmic drum journeying, participants are invited to connect with courage, momentum, transformation, and igniting forward movement aligned with the new lunar cycle.
Tuesday 3/3 @7pm | Sacred Vibrations: Sound Healing for Peace & Restoration
Sacred Vibrations is a deeply restorative sound healing experience using singing bowls and gentle energy alignment to support balance, relaxation, and inner clarity. We create a safe space with intentional presence where participants are invited to release tension, recalibrate their energy, and return to a sense of ease.
