Join us for an immersive 6-week experience where we'll dive into the ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan. This technique originates from martial arts developed in China thousands of years ago. It is a gentle practice designed to cultivate harmony and balance in both mind and body and is often referred to as "Meditation in Motion."

This offering is a deeply restorative experience centered on moving through challenges and emerging stronger. You’ll be supported in releasing what feels heavy while building the inner steadiness needed to meet and rise beyond obstacles. This session invites you to reconnect with your resilience, access quiet strength, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to move forward with passion and empowerment.
Friday 6/19 @7pm | Summer Solstice Ceremony: Fire + Sound + Energy | Location in South Minneapolis TBD
Awaken your inner vision and align with the expansive energy of the longest day of the year, channeling it into creativity, healing, clarity, and meaningful change. We’ll weave together a sacred fire ritual, Sanskrit mantras, crystal singing bowls, and energy balancing to support your transition into the next season with intention and power.
