This event invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative energy of nature. Through guided forest bathing and mindful nature immersion, we will support the nervous system, awaken the senses, and create space for greater clarity, balance, and renewal.
Tuesday 9/1 @7pm | The Strength of Vulnerability: Sound Bath & Energy Balancing
This class is an opportunity to relax, let go of the need to always be strong, and reconnect with the wisdom within. Allow the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and energy balancing to calm your nervous system, encourage emotional release, and support greater peace, connection, and inner strength.
