Energy Balancing is a technique in which your practitioner channels universal life force energy to cleanse and balance the energy system (chakras) in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. These sessions are offered at a distance or in person when available and the Universal energy will flow wherever it is needed in order to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy, along with any other specific support you may need.

Guided Meditation

In stillness you can find peace and greater connection with the driving force within that allows you to achieve anything!

Certified meditator Leah Marie has over 20 years of experience in meditation and has trained in both India and the US in a wide range of techniques. During a custom guided meditation session you will be able to share any goals or desired outcomes with your practitioner who will  then create a custom channeled meditation for you that you may experience laying down or comfortably seated in a chair. During this meditation a combination of voice, breath, sound and visualization may be used to assist you in meeting your ideal outcome(s). We offer this service online, in person where available and we also create channeled recordings as well, so please specify which option you would like when scheduling your appointment.

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle and powerful technique that optimizes the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed in the 1970's by physician William Sutherland, this therapy is very soothing and relaxing and has the ability to provide deep and lasting healing. This technique is applied through very gentle touch because it works with some of the most subtle structures in the body.  

Benefits of Cranial Sacral Therapy include:

• Reducing the severity and frequency of migraines and headaches
• Releasing neck, back and hip pain, and stress
• Highly affective for treating the symptoms of TMJ, menopause, autism and ADHD
• Alleviates the side affects of various traumas through releasing muscle memory

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient therapy used by a variety of cultures that dates back hundreds of years. It uses a specially designed cup and suction to enhance blood circulation, cleanse the blood of stagnation, reduce pain, inflammation and tension in the body, reduce fatigue and stress and increase the body's natural ability to heal itself which will lead to greater overall health and immune system function. This technique pulls a small amount of skin up into the cup and if there is blood stagnation in the deeper tissues in this area discoloration may appear from light red to dark purple. The discoloration can last for a few minutes to a few days depending on the level of stagnation and severity of the condition being treated. The discoloration is not damaging to the body and is rarely accompanied by pain.

This therapy can be done as a stand alone treatment for a 30 minute session or as an add on to any session to further enhance your level of healing.  

Gua Sha

Gua Sha also known as scrapping is an East Asian technique that combines oil and the use of a stone, bone or resin tool that applies pressure in sweeping motions over the skin.  With each movement the tool pushes fluid ahead of it and creates a vacuum under the skin that draws fluid out of the deeper tissues.  As this technique is applied the fluid comes to the surface and is visible as Sha, which varies in color from red to purple and sometimes presents as small red bumps.  This Sha will last for as little as a few minutes to as much as a few days depending on the severity of the fluid stagnation (blockage) in your body. 

Benefits of Gua Sha:

• Reduce pain, stiffness, fatigue, insomnia, & tension
• Breaks up scar tissue post surgery or injury to increase mobility & range of motion, can also reduce the appearance of scars
• Removes stagnant blood, lymph fluid, Qi (energy) and metabolic wastes from the body to help maintain healthy circulation
• Used to treat and prevent the common cold, flu, and bronchitis 

Lymphatic Clearing Massage

Lymphatic Clearing Massage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the function of the immune system. The form of lymphatic drainage that I am certified in is Lymphia Gua Sha which is applied with a small stone or bone tool directly on the skin with oil. This form of therapy can have a detoxifying effect on the body and as such you should rest after your session and consume a generous amount of water.
